Conference Previews: Ivy and Patriot

Whether it's the SEC or Southland, we're committed to extensively covering every league in college baseball.

The Ivy League and Patriot League are no different.

Sure, neither league has made a splash in the NCAA Tournament. However, there are a plethora of talented players roaming the northern half of the country.

In the Ivy League, Yale catcher Ryan Lavarnway captured many headlines last season. He hopes to have an even stronger 2008 campaign both at and behind the plate.

In the Patriot League, Navy veteran right-hander Mitch Harris is catching everyone's attention, while Army two-way star Cole White once again takes center stage.

We preview the Ivy and Patriot Leagues.
